Turn around time and fullfillment depend on the product you order. Some items ship next day and some complete custom jobs may take 2-3 weeks.
Yes, every order includes a digital proof for your approval before we begin production.
We do not offer local pick up but do provide courrier service for some products. Most of our products arrive next day via UPS or FedEx.
